Apple announced today the new MacBook Pro with 13" Retina display, the new iMac, a beefed up Mac Mini, the 4th Gen iPad with lightning cable, faster A6X chip and more.  And the icing on the cake, the iPad Mini, which will take center stage once again and make our world a nice place to live in.

Is the iPad Mini coming up next?

Is the iPad Mini coming to reality?

The invites are out and it says "We've got a little more to show you" and are we indeed excited.  From the looks of this, rumors of the iPad Mini might soon be a reality.  Apple sent out invites to the media and is slated for Oct. 23, which will be happening at the California Theatre in San Jose.

Local time would be around 1:00 on Wednesday (Oct. 24).  Well our eyes will be glued to online feeds and twitter updates, but for now let's just sit and wait.

What are we expecting?

- a smaller 7" - 8" screen
- Cellular data capability
- nano-sim compatibility
- Retina display
- 16GB storage with options for up to 32GB
- Lightning connector
- priced at around $230, let's hope it goes lower.

The rumoured iPad mini, has risen recently to compete with other 7" tablets, where Apple has recently ventured in and also pops the bubble of the much anticipated release as well of the Microsoft Surface tablets.

We're also expecting that they announce a new MacBook Pro 13" with Retina display, but these are all just speculations, let's all be there and discover what Apple has in store for us.  Tim Cook, take it away.
